Airport pickup and private airport transfers are pre-booked normally online and offers the convenience to being paged on arrival and taken directly to the vehicle of preference and an immediate transfer to your required destination.

Transfers can be made from the Airport to locations in Kuala Lumpur or any other city or destination within reach by road. Vehicles choices cater for various budgets that are based on types that are standard, limousine and prestige limousines.

Malaysian roads and highways are well maintained and are generally in good condition but then again there are the ever present tolls everywhere.

Traffic conditions can be be smooth during non peak hours and then also can bad in the city especially during peak hours and worse still with the ongoing construction works that is currently taking place.

Though the price of fuel may be considered lower here, the price of cars here, however are expensive.

We are unable to comment about other transfer providers and shall only refer to services provided by this website.

All vehicles are air-conditioned and transfer rates quoted are inclusive of fuel, toll and parking unless otherwise stated.

The drivers are all proficient in English and Malay and if requested there are Chinese Mandarin and Cantonese speaking drivers as well. Drivers are well experienced and have GPS to guide them where necessary.

There are there to assist and to ensure comfort and safety - Passengers are given mineral water and can request a brief stop if they wish to use toilets or need a bite to eat on the way.

 

Private Airport Pickups

Once an airport transfer is booked and confirmed, the pax will be provided with the drivers mobile number as well as our office contact number in case there should be any concern whatsoever.

KLIA Airport Pickup

Passengers for airport transfers are normally paged on arrival hall for meet and greet and taken directly outside to the vehicles. In case the pax should miss the paging or not see it, they can proceed to Exit gate 7 and call directly to the driver for their pick-up.

For Vans and Coach Transfers, the person paging would wait until all passengers have been accounted for and guide them to the lower level where the vehicle is parked for their transfer.

KLIA2 Airport Pickup

The difference here is the walk distance from the arrival hall to the exit. Similarly the pax would be paged and after the meet and greet, taken to the exit to the vehicle for the transfer. Should the pax miss the paging or not see it, they can proceed to Exit gate 3 and call directly to the driver for their pick-up.

For Vans and Coach Transfers, the person paging would wait until all passengers have been accounted for and guide them to the lower level where the vehicle is parked for their transfer.

Subang Airport Pickups

This is not a busy airport and generally arriving passengers are easily paged by the drivers brought to the vehicles for their transfer.

For Vans and Coach Transfers, the person paging would wait until all passengers have been accounted for and guide them to the exit and n to the parked vehicle for their transfer.
 

Vehicles

STANDARD VEHICLES - PRIVATE CARS & MPV / VANS / BUS COACH
These vehicles include Sedans & Executive Saloon Cars that can seating 2 to 3 persons with medium size luggage). For 4-5 persons with luggage, a MPV is recommended.

Vans are available to accommodate a small group, seating 7 to 10 persons with luggage. Options of vans available are the 10 seat Toyota Hiace, the 12 seat Mercedes MB Van and the 14 seat Joylong commuter van.

There are 2 types of bus or coach available- the mini coach seats a maximum capacity of 20 passengers while the larger 44 seat excursion coach accommodates 40 passengers comfortably with luggage.

LIMOUSINES – PREMIER AND PRESTIGE
Vehicles here include Premier class limousines and the more high-end Prestige Limousines.
The premier limousines includes the Mercedes E Class and S Class 4 door cars, that’s comfortably seats 2 persons with Luggage. The larger and comfortable Toyota Alphard MPV, which is a luxury people carrier, the vehicle accommodates 4 to 5 persons comfortably with luggage.

For the more discerning passenger, the super luxury vehicles include the Bentley Flying Spur, the Mercedes-Benz S600 Pullman (stretch limo), and the elegant Rolls Royce.
Chauffeurs here are of a different and are well-trained and experienced that have set the industry standard for impeccable service, skilled expertise and travel knowledge.
