Tigerlily has fast become one of the hottest commodities on
the Australian dance music scene. She brings about an
exciting fusion of electro and techno with some popular

Hailey Tuck, "An American in Paris" @ Alexis Ampang
Date: 03 (Fri) & 04 (Sat) Oct 14
Born in Austin, Texas, and raised on a diet of 1930's jazz,
vintage dresses and black and white films, Hailey’s love of
the old school saw her move to France aged just 18 in search
of ‘la vie en rose’.
She has firmly established herself as a favourite on the
underground Parisian scene with an authenticity originating
from a childhood spent daydreaming to the soundtrack of Ella
Fitzgerald and Billie Holiday and following the exploits of
Judy Garland and the stars of the silver screen.
With her eponymous debut EP, Hailey invites the listener to
take a step into a timeless world of midnight shows and late
night parties, evoking her very own 21st Century ‘Belle
Époque.’

world, Munich’s merry Oktoberfest has become synonymous with
beer in Malaysia. What better way to celebrate than with
glass after glass of delicious German brews like Erdinger,

Expect some hefty drum’n’bass activity from one of
drum’n’bass’ latest rising stars, Dave Owen (Good Looking
Records & Liquid V), to show us how it’s done, US-style.
Over the past few years, Owen has risen to become one of the
most highly sought after drum-nbass producers in the US. The
night’s support comes from DJ Low.

The Alexis Jazz Jam Session is led by some of KL's best
young talents. Their enthusiasm lies in the exploration and
jazz music, its traditions, language and diversity through
jazz's vast family genres such as the blues, bebop, hardbop
and cool jazz. The finesse and virtuosity of study also
include neo soul, funk & Latin jazz.
The Jam Session is often joined by seasoned pro musicians
all around town as well as internationally acclaimed
musicians and artists, enriching every moment of this jam
session with aesthetic spontaneity at its best. Music
students and jazz lovers are most welcome to be part of this
musically enriching experience happening on every first

Traktor DJ Championship @ Lust
Date: 18 (Sat) Oct - 08 (Sat) Nov 14
Open to all Traktor DJs and Traktor users from Malaysia and
Singapore, will feature prizes worth RM8,000 in cash and
products.
Some 24 contestants will be shortlisted from mix tape
submissions and invited to two Elimination Rounds of 12
contestants each. The top three from each Elimination Round
will qualify for the Grand Finals. The elimination rounds
will be held on Oct 18 and 25 with the Grand Finals set for
Nov 8.
Equipment provided by organisers will include one unit each
of Traktor Kontrol F1, Traktor Kontrol X1 mk2 and Traktor
Z2, plus USB cables. Contestants are required to bring their
own laptop with Traktor software and driver software
installed for the above mentioned equipment, and their own
headphones. To participate, email mix tapes or download
links (20minutes) to traktordjchampionship@gmail. com before
Oct 10.
